YN-7132 Big Glass Silicone Glazing Sealant is one-component, acetoxy cure, high quality silicone sealant designed for big glass and other general purpose glazing and waterproofing application.It has high tensile strength and good elasticity, excellent weatherability, stability,waterproof and good adhesion to most construction materials without a primer. It has good features as follow: a. easily use: can extrude in any time; b. acetic cure: To float glass, anodized aluminum material needn't base coating, has a strong felt power; c. high modulus, as cured, it can bear joint movement capability of ±20%.

Storage & Shelf Life
The shelf life is 18 months if stored in unopened-original package in a dry place at temperatures between +5℃ and +25℃.

Following cleaning procedure and materials are recommended: |

Plastics | Degrease using an agent recommended by plastics manufacturer |

Standards
Meets or exceeds the requirements of the following specifications:
1.ISO 11600 F & G 20LM;
2.CE marked for EN 15651 for façade, glazing and sanitary;
3.The requirements of VOC content specifications in LEED credit EQc4.1 "Low-emitting products" of SCAQMD rule 1168.
Restrictions
1. It must not be used in totally confined spaces where sealant cannot cure due to lack of atmospheric moisture;
2. Not over paintable;
3. Do not expose to water before fully cured;
4. Do not use in conjunction with bitumen asphalt, neoprene and certain organic elastomers;
5. Do not use to produce swimming pool joints;
6. Can yellow if exposed to bleach or HCL based brick cleaners whilst curing;

Safely & Disposal
Inhalation of the sealant vapor for a long period must be avoided. The application area must be ventilated properly. The uncured sealant must not be contacted for a long period. Cured silicone rubber bears no risk to health.temperatures between +5℃ and +25°C. Check MSDS guidelines for disposal and further information concerning safety.
