YN-368 Multi-Purpose Sealant is one-component, acetoxy cure, high quality silicone sealant designed for Multi-purpose glazing and waterproofing application. It has high tensile strength and good elasticity,excellent weather ability, waterproof and good adhesion to most construction mate-rials.

Stable and flexible from -60℃ to +180℃ (-76℉ to +356°F), with short peaks up to +205℃ (401℉).
Black version: stable and flexible from -60℃ to +205℃ (-76℉ to +401℉), with short peaks up to +230℃ (446℉).
Excellent dielectric properties.
Complies with MIL-A-46106.
Complies with FDA 177.2600.
Available in white, black, clear and aluminum.

| Following cleaning procedure and materials are recommended: |
| Glass | Degrease with alcohol or MEK |
| Aluminium, light alloys and stainless steel | Degrease with alcohol or MEK |

| Plastics | Degrease using an agent recommended by plastics manufacturer |
Instructions
1.All surfaces must be clean and dry. Degrease and wash off any contaminants that could impair adhesion.
2.Suitable solvents include isopropyl alcohol, acetone or methyl ethyl ketone.
3.Unprimed adhesion may be obtained on many substrates such as glass, metals and most common engineering plastics.
4.Substrates to which good adhesion is normally not obtained include PTFE, polyethylene,polypropylene and related materials.
Standards
Meets or exceeds the requirements of the following specifications:
1.ISO 11600 F & G 20LM;
2.CE marked for EN 15651 for façade, glazing and sanitary;
3.The requirements of VOC content specifications in LEED credit EQc4.1 "Low-emitting products" of SCAQMD rule 1168.
Restrictions
1.Unsuitable for curtain wall structural adhesive;
2.Unsuitable for the airproof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in air to cure for the sealant;
3.Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface;
4.Unsuitable for the continually soggy place;
5.Can't be used if the temperature is below 4℃ or above 50℃ on the surface of the material.
Safety & Disposal
Product should be stored at or below 32℃ (90℉) in origi-nal,unopened containers.
As this Multi-Purpose Sealant cures by reaction with mois-ture in air, keep the container tightly sealed when not in use. A plug of used material may form in the tip of a tube or cartridge during storage. This is easily removed and does not affect the remaining contents.
12 months if keep sealing, and stored below 270C in cool, dry place after the date of production.
Storage & Shelf Life
Stored properly in a dry and well-ventilated place below 30℃.
Usable life is 24 months in original package.
